Nano vacuum coating uses vacuum deposition technology to sublimate polymer materials at high temperatures in a vacuum state. Continued heating causes the material to decompose into active monomer molecules, which then deposit on the surface of the coated item at room temperature to form a protective film.

The advantages include no liquid aggregation into bridging states, no need for heating, curing, leveling, or other auxiliary processes. The film thickness can be controlled between 1 and 100 micrometers, allowing it to penetrate narrow gaps and pinholes. Compared to conventional three-proof coatings, it offers superior surface coating properties, uniform abrasion resistance, and no pinholes, thereby effectively blocking contaminants and resisting corrosion from organic and inorganic solvents as well as strong acids and bases.

Due to its excellent material properties, nano polymer coating is particularly suitable for applications that require moisture-proofing, waterproofing, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, and stringent performance standards.
