SIPLACE D1i / D1is FLEXIBLE SINGLE-GANTRY MACHINES

With the SIPLACE D1i / D1is, the flexible single-gantry machines of the SIPLACE Di generation, the SIPLACE team has successfully reached its objective of offering cost-effective advanced technology.

Flexible Head Combinations

Planned as single-gantry solution, the new SIPLACE D1i / D1is placement machines can be equipped with one placement head (as SIPLACE D1is) or with two (as SIPLACE D1i).
A 12-nozzle Collect&Place head, a 6-nozzle Collect&Place head and a Pick & Place head are available. The Pick&Place head was newly developed and now features higher placement forces, direct placement force measurement and more robustness thanks to its linear drive on the Z-axis.
As end-of-line or stand alone solution, the SIPLACE D1i / D1is machines are the ideal choice for electronics manufacturers with high flexibility requirements.

New digital SIPLACE Vision System

Another highlight of the SIPLACE D1i / D1is machines is the digital SIPLACE Vision System.
Thanks to digital data analysis, components and boards are recognized faster, more reliably and
more accurately than ever before.

Optional: External SIPLACE Vision Teaching Station
The digital SIPLACE Vision System of the SIPLACE D1i / D1is machines is the prerequisite for the optional external SIPLACE Vision Teaching Station. 

The advantage for you: You can now program and prepare component shapes offline – with the same camera and the same illumination levels as at the station – while the line continues to work.
New product introductions can thus be executed faster and more efficiently.

Flexible software
The SIPLACE D1i / D1is placement machines offer flexible SIPLACE software with lots of enhanced
features. One example: with the flexible SIPLACE Dual Conveyor you can easily change the machine's transport mode from single conveyor to dual conveyor. Switching your production to any product has never been easier.

SIPLACE buffer function
The SIPLACE D1i / D1is placement machines are equipped with a three-segment conveyor with buffer
function. When minor problems arise, boards can be stored in these buffer areas without dragging down the performance of the entire line.
